I was hungry and decided to have a pizza for lunch from Domino's. I parked at the back of the store (you have free parking for many cars here!) and walked in from the back door! The lady (in the photo) took my order without delay. I was hungry and wanted to have the pizza soon as possible. She was kind enough to give me a pizza (the same as what I wanted) from a pizza waiting for pick up, and the customer was late. She was willing to replace that pizza with a fresh pizza! I made a door dash order to this store but the driver would not come up to my apartment. I'm a disabled senior citizen living in a seniors only building with security. He told me it was store policy not to goo into buildings. I get that with NYCHA buildings, but a senior citizen building! I was incensed and called the store and was given the same speil. Why do you charge for dash fees if you are not doing that job. Door Dash doesn't take orders from store owners, they deliver. So this seems to b
They take almost 2 hours to delivery your order, they don't ever answer their phones and almost always mess up your order. Best part is, the dominoes on Richmond is 1000x better but for whatever reason they won't deliver despite being much closer than Victory location. And corporate doesn't respond to calls or emails either.
