Dr. Clark is a cozy and intimate restaurant with dark mood lighting and a nice full bar. Cocktails and Japanese Whisky offered here as well as light spirits. The menu is a mix of sashimi, variety of noodles, and light bites, while featuring lamb as a popular main. Two versions: cooked at your table with a portable grill or order chops by the piece, where it's cooked in the kitchen. We went here for our weekly date night. I had been before but my boyfriend was enjoying for the first time. We ordered the pre fix menu and it was okay. A few of the dishes fell a little short for us but others were very delicious. But it was nice to get a bit of everything for my boyfriend. It’s wild people that will be like omggg food is so good the vibe was on point but leave a 3 stars review cause it’s not Hokkaido like what!?…people suck forreal, and what’s worse is they have no idea that they do. Anyway hopefully it keeps more people like them away. Great food, great team, great bar, salute
