Dragon 88 is my go-to spot in the Upper East Side, and I can't recommend it enough! Their fried chicken and fried rice combo is hands down my favorite. I used to order chicken with broccoli and it used to be good but lately it’s really bad. The rise is saggy and the chicken broccoli is real pale and it taste awful disgusting I can’t go back there. They fell off.
Nice people and great food!! Everything is delicious and made fresh. Large portions, and the price is always right! I eat here a couple times a week :)
