I ordered the Singapore mei fun for takeout, and when I opened the container, there was a hair right on top of the food. I brought it back immediately so they could see it themselves. I’ve ordered from this place many times before and never had an issue, which made this even more disappointing. Basic hygiene like this shouldn’t be a problem, and it really affected my confidence in ordering from here again.
They have people who struggle to take your order on the phone she said I asked for no sauce on my shrimp and broccoli not only that they gave me 5 BABY SHRIMP FOR $11 !!!!!! So I take me order back because who eats shrimp and broccoli with no sauce ALL ATTITUDE no APOLOGY he then proceeded to tell that that is not what the girl on the phone told him and that I asked for no sauce after explaining to him that the lady struggled to take mt order the whole time and the shrimp were WAYYY too small he
The food is honestly not bad. They steam dumplings i couldn’t stop thinking about them tbh. I never had a problem with service in store or delivery over the phone they seem pretty chill. Honey Wings is fire in my opinion. Give it try people opinions & experience are always different!
