My brother & I had such a great experience at Duck Donuts! Not only were the donuts warm, fresh and delicious, but the owner truly made the visit special. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers & take pride in what they do. It’s rare to come across service like that these days. Will definitely be back — highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance! 🍩🩷
Duck donuts sell warm delicious donut. I have had the actual donuts before and they were good. There is never real interaction with customers and employee to rate service as they are always lurking in the back and come out to serve customers when they get a notification. They don’t greet you they just call your name when your order is ready. No cordiality that would be becoming of a service establishment. For a change I ordered donut holes dippers. instead of regular donuts. Imagine my surprise
