Stopped here for a hearty breakfast and some caffeine on our first morning in NY. We had two breakfast wraps, which were made fresh and were a good portion. Also got drinks. The interior was clean with a great selection. The outdoor seating was nice.
Eatery targeting local office staff, busy around lunchtime, varied selection of ready made & made to order foods. Enjoyed a poke bowl although the tuna was on the cusp of tasting stale. One thing that really bothered me was the door left wide open (it was a hot day), blasting cold, air conditioned air outside towards the external seating area, the door was wedged wide open, there's a revolving door next to it, installed no doubt to save energy, but whoever is paying the electricity bill for this
Portions are huge for the price ($16). Food tastes great. Upstairs is like a upscale bodega and downstairs is more of a food hall with a salad bar and made to order stations. Photo is what you get with the bimbap bowl for $16. A busy high traffic area but lots of seating downstairs so at peak there are still a good number of seats.
