I recently visited Dunkin' and had a mixed experience. The coffee was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. This location never falls when it comes to making the coffee perfectly. I have been disappointed lately with the quality and service at this location. My iced coffee is always made wrong and never mixed, and just this week we were given the wrong items by the staff in the drive through and then got yelled at that we touched the donuts! Easy for me to go to on my way to work, only reason I go but the customer service is bad. It’s like they hate their job so much they hate you. Can’t even fake a smile or have a nice voice. The one older lady in the morning at the drive thru looks like she wants to spit on you.
