This is my usual spot for a quick coffee and simple breakfast because it’s one block away from where I live. However, after the renovation, it seems like they have new staff as well. I went to this place to try the Dubai Chocolate Sundae. I ordered it through the self-order system with 3 scoops,2 pistachio and 1 chocolate. After waiting more than 10–15 minutes, I had to go ask where my order was because no one had even checked it. Only then did they finally notice it. The staff seemed very confused and unorganized even discussing among themselves about who was going to make the order. It felt extremely unprofessional.
