This is one of the best Dunkin’s in Brooklyn imo. I didn’t find the workers slow here at all. My order came out fast as I ordered it, and I can tell they are doing their best. Also the cleanest I’ve seen, constantly being kept nice which is honestly rare from others. This is likely due to the NYU clients, stopping by here often. Is it perfect? The Spanish cashier has to be one of the rudest and most disrespectful employees at this location. This morning’s interaction was extremely unpleasant, and if I hadn’t maintained my composure, the situation could have escalated. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.
