Best Dunkin location in Brooklyn by far. My wife and I live in NJ now and the Dunkin in Brooklyn is by far better. In overall quality of coffee and food. The coffee is definitely made right here. My parents and wife go out of their way to go to this Dunkin. The Baskin Robbin’s is so convenient when we want ice cream too. The owner Danny is very nice as well. My dad had a problem one day and he gave my dad his personal number. Inside is usually well kept. The drink refrigerator is always stocked.
Customer service is beyond AMAZING. Fatima, Rupa and one of the nicest staff Kzm are Amazing. VERY FRIENDLY & HUMBLE. Added this location to my favorites. Always coming back here. THEY NEED A RAISE. 😇
Impossible to park. And although my order was waiting for me (pretty empty when I arrived), the only ‘thank you’ I heard was from me. Which drives me nuts. What is so difficult? Just thank your customers. Make them feel welcome. Or they may never return.
