I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts. The person who took my order, Rusha, got my drink wrong and then argued with me instead of fixing it. I ordered a cappuccino, but was given a latte. When I pointed it out, Rusha insisted that I ordered a latte and even said they are “the same thing,” which is simply not true. Then she admitted saying she punched in latte by mistake smh. A cappuccino has significantly more foam and a lighter texture, while a latte has much more steamed
One of the few Dunkin' locations that still has a restroom available for customers. They were kind enough to let me use it before I placed my order, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a wonderful overall experience.
It's a lifesaver when I pick up my grandson from karate school, which is on my way. He loves savoring his rainbow ice cream. I can't get over that happy little face ❤️
