Disappointing Experience — Won’t Be Returning I strongly advise against ordering drinks at this location. Every time, it takes at least 15 minutes to get your order — and it’s almost always wrong. I asked for a mocha Frappuccino with oat milk and ended up with a watery latte. When I pointed it out, the staff seemed more interested in arguing than correcting the mistake. The service sucks, the people who works there doesn't know to make the drinks properly. Yesterday, I ordered a frozen coffee and it was bitter as hell. When I point it out, she was quick to argue that I was wrong didn't tell her how sweet I wanted it. I told her I am not going to drink this as its nothing compared to the frozen coffee I had at other Dunkins. She eventually started to remake my drink with attitude that she have been making this for a long time and that she was right. She reced
Worst place ever! I placed an order and it was missing items. Instead of taking accountability, they proceeded to argue with me, calling me a scammer as I was showing them the receipt with the missing items. DO NOT recommend. Very rude service and no accountability.
