Placed a mobile order on my son’s behalf. He went with the receipt to get it, and then they said they never got it. Later, they changed the story and said they can’t give it to him because he didn’t place the order himself even though he had all the verification. Tried to contact them but they said they don’t do phone calls. Ended up canceling and will not go to this Dunkin again nor recommend it to anyone else.
If I can leave 0 stars I would. By far the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff always seems miserable. They NEVER have donuts and when they do, they are STALE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
I am not sure why, but this place insists on drowning my drink in cream. If you go to any other Dunkin and order the same thing, it will never look like what they give you. I ordered a large drink with 1 creamer, and it came out white. I watched them pour at least half the drink just cream before a drop of coffee was added at the end. I’ve even sent back drinks and told them it was too much cream and even when they reduced it, jt was still double what another other shop would serve. Kinda bizarr
