I asked for a double espresso. The guy behind the counter, with a dirty beard, served me what was clearly a single shot, maybe 1 to 1.5 ounces. I told him that wasn’t a double. A double is supposed to be around 2 to 3 ounces. He got angry immediately. So I asked him a simple question: “How much liquid is in that cup?” He looked straight at me and asked, completely seriously, “What is liquid?” His eyes were red, and there was a noticeable smell of weed around. Every time I come in and Amir is on shift, he truly makes my day. From the warm greeting to his genuine smile, he brings such positive energy that always brightens my visit. It’s not just about the service it's the welcoming atmosphere he creates that really stands out. Visits like this are the reason why I wait to grab Dunkin when at work then locally at my home.
