I dont have much problems here, the service is… fast I guess? Flavor is general so its hard to put comment about it, but the staff did follow the order. I advise you to order it from the apps because the employees seem slow and … sometime confused. Good thing is its spacious so you can have more space to stand or talk or catch up with friends.
Worst Dunkin in the city. Everytime I came here always an issue. Last time I went was two weeks ago. I ordered at the counter hoping they would take my order and make the food as soon as they can but no. Instead they charge me 10 cents for something I didn’t ask for. When I asked for the manager they told me they are not in today that they will be on Monday. I asked the lady if she is a supervisor because she is there all the time. Come here if you want to pay to be bullied. The older lady loves to stare you down and laugh at you in a different language while serving your food. Like what the heck? It was super weird. She kept laughing and speak about me to her colleague and laugh.. Super “welcoming” atmosphere if you enjoy feeling totally alienated
