I ordered a Box of Joe for $29.99 plus $2.66 tax, totaling $32.65, for my co-workers. Unfortunately, when we opened it, the coffee looked and tasted like watered-down tea. It was so diluted that it was embarrassing to serve. I returned it to the store, and even the employees commented that it looked like water. I was told I could only receive a refund if I came back the next morning, which I explained I was unable to do. The employee, Muhammed, called his manager, Hussain, who then spoke to me
Today 6/4/26 at around 4:40-5:00 PM I picked up my order and ate in the store. Upon leaving the store I saw a huge roach on the counter next to the ice cream area and the pick up area for online orders. It was on it's back moving it's legs constantly trying to get back up. I am not coming back to this Dunkin' anymore.
I stop here often early in the morning. Location is convenient and there is a drive thru and parking lot. Donuts are below average for a DD, but service is fast.
