Worst customer service in all of Brooklyn, 3 people in the store, one of them cleaning the walls of the store as calmly as possible as if they didn't have people waiting to order and pay, the other two including the terrible barista who didn't even have delivery orders super slow and rude with his face he doesn't like what he does, please he needs training for rush hour urgently. 15 min they made me wait and the store was empty, they don't do orders right today mid week they had no milk only who
I’m buying chai latte from 3 years and one is the worst taste ever. She put too much syrup in it, nobody told her to put anything extra!!! I wasted my money
This place needs some major help to be a quality location. The place is gross. There are spills and trash everywhere. The garbage cans are overflowing. There is spilled and dried food and drink all over the serving area. The staff is rude and they do not listen. My order was wrong and I basically had to walk them through the order to get them to even put it in the system correctly. I will not be returning to this location.
