My mobile order got messed up and didn't go through for some reason. Did not catch the person's name who was running Dunkin today cause she was alone, but she went through my order quick and listened to me/believed me (had the order up LOL). Thank you so much!!
In my 10 years in America, this is the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. The staff—specifically a woman working there—was extremely rude. I urge management to take action; if this individual does not know how to speak to people, she has no place in this line of work—she should find a different job.
I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I placed a mobile order and when I came to pick it up, I was shocked to find that my Boston cream donut was thrown in the same bag as my heated hash browns. The donut was completely melted, and when I politely pointed this out, I was met with a cold shoulder and dismissive attitude. The lack of care and customer service here is astounding. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
