If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a drink on the app. Arrived and it’s a totally different drink from which I ordered which confused me because the details were on the sticker placed on the cup. I asked for lemonade Iced Tea. They gave a pineapple drink that tasted water down. Now I’m fighting for a refund. They won’t get another cent from me
We live right down the street and come here a few times a year. Every time we come in, the owner and the rest of the employees are wonderful. Food is always great and the customer service is on point. The last time we came in, we got 2 Hot Matcha Lattes with extra matcha and whipped cream (our usual) + a Bacon Tomato Avocado Sandwich (which my hubby loved.)
