I had to redo my review on this place. Horrible experience today. I have a 15 min brake. I placed a mobile order to pick up. I ordered a frozen Carmel coffee and egg and cheese. I get there and there's a drink with my name but not what I ordered. It was a mocha not Carmel. So I double check make sure I didn't order it and I didn't. Even the sticker says its Carmel I ordered. I tell the one guy behind the counter who looks to either hate his job or having a bad day he just points to the other
Stay away from this location service was completely terrible. No line not busy cashier walks away from the register forcing me to utilize the kiosk and takes the next person after me. I ordered cold foam iced coffee no milk. The drink I was given contained milk making me extremely sick I had to leave work. My fellow black constituents please stay away from this location there are better people and options available to us.
Place is very sloppy and grubby looking. Empty boxes were all over the floor blocking the counter of condiments. Everything seems to be out of place and cluttered. I was staring at those boxes like "What is wrong with these people?" I had to go up to the counter despite my ordering ahead and telling them I have a mobile because it looked like they were not going to move. One creepy employee was just sitting there in a corner.
