this place ALWAYS messes up my order but i could forgive it because they're nice and they always fix it . but i think there's mold in their ice machine or something because i've gotten drinks that look like this three times and when i asked for it to be remade the left it in the same moldy cup. :(
I was a paying customer and asked for a cup of water with my coffee, they wanted to charge me for the cup! Very greedy Dunkin. Starbucks will give water to customers for free on a hot day.
I ordered a drink from Dunkin' and was completely caught off guard when I found wafers in it. Who thought this was a good idea? Nowhere did it say anything about wafers being in the drink, and I didn’t ask for them. They got soggy fast and ruined the whole thing — the texture was off-putting and the taste didn’t mix well at all. I expect consistency and clarity when I order from a major chain like this, and this was just... weird. Please be more transparent with your ingredients and stop tossing
