Inside my frozen cooffee i found black plastic residue. I dont know how it happends but just be aware. before drinking any frozen cooffee in this place, bybthe way i have a new drink but not feeling sure about this place anymore
They open at 6am and the workers don’t arrive until 6am, so when you walk in at opening you need to wait as they are still putting donuts in the rack opening registers etc…. You would think if Dunkin opens at 6 they should already be set up and ready to start serving at 6. There is never anyone at the register when you walk in. Lita needs to be fired. I ordered a medium iced cappuccino with oat milk and hazelnut . She didn’t even put oat milk in the drink at all didn’t even charge me for it. The whole time she was busy talking to her friends and didn’t focus on the register store has two or three customers with me and it still toke her 15 minutes for one drink to be made.
