I only asked for a cup of water. I had already paid for my food and coffee, and I just asked for tap water. They told me they were going to charge for it. I’ve never heard of something like this before. It was a really bad experience
Absolutely disgusting. My friend ordered a drink here and found a roach inside it. This isn’t a minor mistake or bad service issue!!! This is a serious health and sanitation problem. We were completely shocked and disgusted. If this is what ends up in a customer’s cup, I can’t imagine what’s going on behind the counter. Won’t be returning, and I’d seriously caution others before ordering from this location.
This place Dunkin never has donuts. They are super nice but slowwww. Don't come here if you're in a rush.
