Some of the most unfocused, shiftless people work at this location! You would assume that bc they are across from the metro north they would be more efficient. They don’t even acknowledge you when you are on line, they will help someone else when they should be helping you, they will put the needs of ppl who speak their language ahead of you. Do not waste your time here. I usually only get drinks bc their food is always stale and I don’t trust them to prepare the food properly.
hashbrowns were burnt and hard, and tasted chemically.. they also only ever have one person working so orders take long
Ordered a medium, oat milk, caramel latte, and this is what I got. There was no caramel, and my drink was not even complete. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order but being that it’s conveniently located right next to the metro north it makes it easier to grab a cup of coffee but if you don’t make the order right, there’s no point. This wasent even a latte it taste like hot coffee that they poured oatmilk into. If you need better coffee, there is a Dunkin’ Donuts locat
