By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts, I’ve been to. This is straight milk in a cup. You can sell, barely even a shot of espresso. Not to mention the worker had such a nasty attitude trying to convince me that she did the order correctly clearly it’s incorrect.
I ordered a latte and a bacon egg sandwich. I specifically requested an oat milk latte with one pump of butter pecan. However, they only added the butter pecan and oat milk, completely forgetting the espresso. Additionally, the sandwich was poorly cooked and had an uncooked smell. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with them.
I came into the store and this was the worst experience. For one I ordered the new snores iced coffee and then was given the smores cold foam .. so that means I was overcharged secondly I was charged for this grape jelly and as you can see how it looks and .. the smell of it is disturbing. My drink tastes like a regular coffee and it’s watered down. And the sandwich is covered in oil and it smells horrible.
