I had 15 minutes before my train arrives so I figured I have time to get something quick. Ordered a hot chocolate, boston creme, 10 pcs of munchkins and snacking bacon. Everything was served while I was paying except the snacking bacon and then after 10 minutes I asked where is it and they have no one working on it because everyone was chatting. I ordered less ice and they just poured out the top half of my drink, which was full of my coffee. They added a little bit of coffee on top, and I watched the entire preparation process. So my large cup of coffee now only has caramel and milk left, and I asked for three pumps of syrup. They gave me five pumps, which is now very sweet, really? So just caramel milk, never go here again and They didn't even replace the lid for me, and the environment was extremely dirty.
I ordered the $5 meal deal and it took over 15 minutes, they completely forgot about my drink and made it on the fly when I asked and they forgot my hash browns despite it being on the receipt taped on the white paper bag
