The worst service I have ever experienced. The staff is arrogant. I went with my son to buy an ice cream and waited outside. The young woman who served him scooped the ice cream, then went off to do something else, leaving my son waiting to pay—and she never came back.
I don't know if it has happened to anyone else, but my job pays for my lunch and all I get is a bagel with cream cheese. Sometimes I pay cash and I leave a tip but most of the time I pay with a card. When I pay with the card, the service is so bad that I barely get cream cheese on my bagel and I come here almost every day but when I do leave a cash tip, I even receive napkins and a thank you very friendly service hopefully I am not the only one.
They were very polite and accurate with my drive thru order
