I’ve always gone to this location because usually they make my drink perfect. Today. Today im facing possible food poisoning. I ordered my caramel craze ICED latte. At 2:44pm I should NOT have to worry about if the employee actually follow PROPER PROTOCOL WITH MILK. The ICED latte, no matter the espresso shot, should be served cold or chilled. There were 2 old indian ladies working there this morning around 7:45 a.m. September 29,2025. They were very unprofessional not only to me but everyone else around me ordering they got my order wrong along with 2 other people that complained about a wrong order.
