Workers seem nice na friendly but my drink was mediocre. I ordered a small iced matcha latte with protein milk and 1/3 of the drink was straight foam, (didn’t ask for any add ons or cold foam).
I order my food online and went into the store once it confirmed it was ready for pickup. I waited a little bit because i know how the online orders be they don’t get them right away or they are dealing with in person orders i get it. But after waiting a few i asked about my order and was told they didn’t get it and that there was nothing they could do. I tried showing them the app order and number to see if they could find it that way or something but they weren’t trying to help me at all and j
I used to love coming to this location but after today I’m not coming anymore. I’ve been waiting on Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant and Turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. I’ve been waiting on this order for 15 mins. They got my order wrong and gave me a bagel egg and cheese with turkey sausage and a crushed muffin. I understand that they’re busy but please be more mindful to your customers
