I come here all the time since I work nearby. There are some workers who are rude and some are nice. Obviously if you order on the app you stand on the mobile order pick up line. These people see me all the time, granted I get they see thousands of people everyday but seeing someone almost everyday out of the week, you start to remember a face and a name, and they always ask, in a very nasty manner, “are you here for mobile pick up?” A woman employee with glasses is consistently rude, never smil
Food was great and best of all was the service I received from a beautiful young lady with a great smile. Customer service at its best. Too bad I didn't get her name.She took the time to answer all my questions about the assortment of frozen drinks DD has to offer. Thanks I appreciate that. On this Saturday morning before Mothers Day I entered greeting everyone with "Good morning ". It was transparent that one of the two young ladies at the counter was training. I ordered a sandwich & coffee. I'm going to skip the part when I was having issues with my app & the manager was extremely rude. I received my order & left.
