Today we came to Dunkin’ Donuts to celebrate a special occasion and buy donuts, but unfortunately the experience completely ruined our mood. The woman who served us was extremely rude and visibly unhappy to help customers. No smile, no kindness, no basic courtesy — just a very negative attitude. Customer service like this is really disappointing, especially on a day that was supposed to be special for us.
So technically, the only complaint I have on this location of Dunkin Is the service. They never have enough staff working. I came in on a Sunday morning, at least eight people in line and one person working behind the counter The one person was ringing on the register, making the coffee and making the food so there was literally a seven minute wait time before each customer. Completely unacceptable for any fast food establishment.
This is my go to in the mornings because it’s near my job. The women who work the morning shift are so quick. I give them lots of credit. I never eat in, but the place looks dingy. Needs a little upgrade, but that’s not the fault of the staff. And whoever makes the schedules, should really have 3 people working the morning rush. The line does get a little crazy, for those who don’t have the app, or are getting something that’s not offered on the app.
