Absolutely the BEST Dunkin ever!! The staff are always so kind and friendly, the service is super fast, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. You can really tell they care about customers. This place honestly made my day. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
I ordered my drink through the app and when i reached the store not just that the drink was not ready but the lady (NIPA) was on her phone and took a while to prepare the drink. While making the drink she was still on her phone and did not even prepare the drink right. The match powder was not even mixed well i had to stir it for sometime in front of her.
Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received ever in a Dunkin’ Donuts not only was the person behind the counter, extremely rude, but told me that I was not allowed to purchase a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card with my debit card. I’ve never gone into a Dunkin’ Donuts and experienced this before if this is a new policy, they should have this notated publicly. This woman was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered.
