it’s 6:57PM and the operating hours says—y’all are open until 8PM but the light are off some of gates are already down. It’s bad enough pretty much all of staff. Don’t move with an urgency. This is a transit location. Y’all are completely missing the mark on. How y’all operate your business
Area is pretty good I can't complain. There's just a dude there that seems to pick and choose who he wants to be respectful towards so I don't know what his deal is. Makes the service shitty. As long as you don't engage with him (which the only interactions I've had were through the cash register and getting info about my mobile order, which every time is not a great experience with this guy.) the area is fine.
This place is painfully slow. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency, and in NYC, that’s unacceptable; especially for something as simple as coffee and donuts. The space is already too small to justify moving at this pace. With such limited room, you’d expect efficiency and flow, but instead it feels disorganized and stagnant.
