Wish I would kept trash of the time we walked in till we ordered but it was a long time. As i had plenty of time to stand around until our order was taken I opted out of ordering donuts since I clearly saw saw several flies around the food. When i saw my recipt and it said iced I went back and stated I wanted a hot drink and for my receipt to be adjusted. The lady just said to take a donut which clearly after seeing the conditions the donuts were in, that was not an option. And to top things off
Reviewing after being there several times. Not the best interms of customer service but we all go cuz we know dunkin. However, the last time I went there I waited 20 mins while i was the only one waiting to order and was literally not acknowledged once! Waited 20 mins while getting late for work, not once told to wait or took my order. I get mornings can be busy and they preparing other orders but hey you gotta atleast communicate with your customers. After that wait i just left and never going
The coffee and the doughnut was fine but the woman working had horrible manner and customer service. Said close at 7 but told me to get out at 6:45. Very mean and unkind don't know how to talk to customers in general. Never going back to this DD.
