I ordered an iced latte through the app, and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that they didn’t have what I ordered, but had made me a different drink instead. When I asked for a refund, I was told “We don’t give refunds on Sundays”. The employees made several comments under their breath, and I heard them use the words “you people” several times. Coffee taste like it is not fresh and watered down. They make it bad and the employee acts like he doesn’t want to work there. I got a mango pineapple refresher too and it was fizzy when it was suppose to be green tea. Never coming back here again I recommend ya not to come either. Asked for a refund for nasty drinks and they made it so complicated.
I visited this Dunkin with my husband today November 3rd. Our experience was disgusting. The lady who took my husband’s order, her name was Munmun, was not listening to a word he was saying. She kept talking over him. He cannot have coffee so he was asking for decaffeinated tea. She still made a mistake on his order and gave him regular tea instead of decaffeinated tea.
