This is not my first bad experience at this location, but this one really disappointed me. I ordered a hot chocolate and a donut. After paying, I asked if the hot chocolate came with whipped cream. I was told it costs extra, which was totally fine I said I could pay the difference. Instead of helping, the ASIAN cashier responded rudely and said she couldn’t charge me because I had already paid and didn’t know how to add the 75 cents. I placed my coffee order at 6:59pm and got to the location at 7:05pm to pick it up. Upon arrival, the store is dark and locked. Online it says the store closes at 8pm which was why I placed my order. But also the app didn’t prevent me from ordering it, which means it is open, available to order, and pick up. So either they’re closing earlier than they’re supposed to or it’s a mistake online across several platform that states they’re open until 8. I highly hope you resolve this is.
after they “upgraded ” they got rid of old staff and hired new girls who dont know how to make coffee everytime i go no matter what time in the day the coffee is horrible. ive been going to this dunkin for years and i never had this problem before im utterly disappointed
