This male employee with orange hair and accent is very rude. He was dealing with money and donuts and that is unsanitary. I cancelled my order after seeing that and requested my money. He told me not to ever comeback because he knows me. First of all I never seen him and secondly I can buy food from where I want. He needs to be fired if he is discriminating against ppl. This was done on 4/2/26 at approximately 5:44pm. Owner take a look at video footage and terminate this employee .
Terrible terrible store do not go at all. I placed an order and the sent it wrong and when I took the sticker off and open the box of donuts one had a huge bite mark. DO NOT GO TO TJE LOCATION THEY ARE RUDE AND TERRIBLE!!!!!
Poor service and treatment, always getting the order wrong, they take too much time and still get it wrong. Staff doesn't speak English nor Spanish, and thats not even an excuse for their disgraceful service– I've seen people who know no English at all learning the basics in order to do their job properly. These people are rude and straight up ignore you. Avoid this place.
