Thank you very much for the delicious donuts and also I wanna thank you for the Also everybody make sure you come in here. Their customer service is 100% excellent and this is my second time here and I love being here, smelling donuts, and other foods. I highly recommend coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts if you live in Harlem close by 135th and Lennox. And I rate this location 999 trillion stars.
They could use better customer service. You have to stare them down and stop them to get a mobile order. If not you just stand there waiting for someone to stop long enough to acknowledge you.
I ordered a 6 pack of donuts. 4 Boston creme, 1 blueberry, 1 strawberry. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 other random. Not one of the ones that I asked for. Hashbrowns and a breakfast sandwich that was so hard it seemed like it was taken out of the trash from last week. Never ever order from this Dunkin.
