I went during closing to pick up an order and the staff was cleaning up but kind enough to take a break to assist me and gave an excellent service.
I had a really frustrating experience at Dunkin' today. I went in to order a banana pudding iced coffee, and the cashier, Andrew, was on his phone and completely ignored me while I was trying to order. This happened again when I asked for a Boston Kreme donut. I waited at least 10 minutes just to place my order. They need to improve their customer service."
