On Sunday, September 14th, at approximately 6:50am I witnessed something so appalling at the Dunkin Donuts (at the JFK airport Terminal 4 at gate 33 ) that I felt compelled to write this review / formal complaint. While placing an order at the counter, a customer came from behind me and politely asked the cashier the name of a donut so she can placing an order at the kiosk. Calling the staff unfriendly is a clear understatement! They are rude, slow, and visibly unmotivated. You’re not allowed to order at the counter, only at the screens. But then the items you order aren’t even available? On top of that, we had 4 instead of 5 donuts in the bag. When I went back, she didn’t even apologize and just threw the missing donut at the counter. The donuts aren‘t even fresh, so i highly recommend to skip!
Can’t rate the food as it wasn’t received before my plane was closing boarding. Took over 20 minutes but they don’t seem to understand the rules of working in an airport.
