Some places just make your morning better, and this Dunkin is one of them. The team was welcoming, the service was quick, and my coffee tasted perfect. My breakfast was fresh, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. It’s clear the staff cares about their customers. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great coffee and friendly service.🫡
As a service worker in the neighborhood, I am patient and understanding however I am consistently disappointed by this location. Not only are they very understaffed their staff isn’t trained well either. I always order through the app and come 10-15 mins after and still end up having to wait for my order. Today I waited over 30 minutes and everything but the coffee was correct. I feel very bad for the staff as they seem stressed every morning on the weekends but as a paying customer I would like
Asked if I could get a wake up wrap without a torilla, was told it's impossible, it's not impossible, it's literally an option in the app. Asked if the loaded hashbrowns have wheat ingredients, was told that they have no way of finding out the ingredients, as someone who has worked in food service for 8 years, thats a bold face lie. I don't ask for subscriptions when a business is busy, but there was one person behind me in line and the store was dead. This employee needs to get a grip and star
