Let me start by saying, the customer service was great in my personal experience! The place looks clean and it wasn't busy at all. The lady who took my order (I said hi but she didn't respond) but it's okay! is a big store for only 2 employees taking orders from online and in persons, it make sense if they are overwhelmed even though is not an excuse.... Dunkin hot chocolate was my favorite until today. Usually creamy snd delicious. Today I got watery tasting coco with an oily lingering nasty taste in my mouth from the whip cream. Disgusting. Then the guy at cashier not representing the Dunkin name. No smile. He not happy to work there. It doesn’t look festive enough The place looks gloomy.
