I frequent this store a lot. Staff is super friendly but unfortunately they are 80% of the time making the drinks wrong. It's either not what I ordered or they are out of something. They once told me the dunkalatte was discontinued which is not true they are just out of it at this store all the time. Today I ordered a latte and this is what I got. Horrible. Last time I go to this Dunkin.
Staff is nice and always super helpful, but their product availability is a massive problem I have no idea who is in charge of ordering here. they are constantly understocked. Almost no donuts available always out of drink and coffee flavors, even with new items that they are promoting. I went in to get a caramel latte and a Boston cream donut, 2 popular items, and they were out of caramel and the Boston cream they had almost no donuts at all so I switched to one of the new flavors that they had
This Dunkin Donuts location unfortunately is not great. Been there about 3 times and the ALL times they had no donuts, bagels, etc. Just a few munchkins and what looks like old fashioned donuts. They also claim they don't carry any Dunkin gift cards. Then to top it all off the employees have attitudes and give off the impression they don't feel like dealing with the customers. This location also needs some cleaning .
