This Dunkin has absolutely no air conditioning whatsoever. I felt so bad for the employees working so hard and trying to run the store in 104° weather. Concerns should be raised against the management, and they need to either do something or change ASAP. Such an unhealthy environment for employees and customers.
I don’t understand how this place is still up and running. Every time I go here they give me the most vile tasting iced coffee! I genuinely think they rebrew the same batch over and over because how is it even possible. This is the worst Dunkin in the neighborhood, take the time to go somewhere else. Employees are nice though.
Good morning I was really disappointed and annoyed with their poor customer service. They decided to close the cashier in the afternoon around 2 PM when there’s a whole line waiting to order. There’s people waiting for the order and it’s there’s no one making the order because one of the two people is on their phone and the other one is busy counting the money. Please Dunkin do something about this because this needs to change and it starts with the management.
