I’ve been visiting this Dunkin’ regularly for the past few months. While there have occasionally been issues with the food being burnt, my main concern is the behavior of an employee named Zeenat. Recently, I’ve noticed repeated disrespectful Toxic behavior toward both customers and coworkers inside the store. had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed distracted, talking to each other and using their AirPods while taking orders. It felt like they were not paying attention, and I had to repeat myself multiple times just to place a simple order. The staff were too busy chatting among themselves. I waited for five minutes and no one started preparing my mobile order. Eventually, I had to ask if anyone could take care of it. They reluctantly went to make my coffee and sandwich and even asked for my name—despite there being only one order in the system! Absolutely ridiculous work attitude. I sincerely hope this place shuts down.
