I went to order my $6 meal here since I was craving Dunkin. The $6 comes with an original blend coffee & 2 wraps of your choice. I PAID IN FULL. Me and my dad went to order at the machine instead of the cash register since there was already a person ordering. My order number was 7229. When I got my coffee, I was still waiting for my food. The lady asked me ‘what was I waiting for?’ And I replied with “My food”. She then shows me a receipt with the WRONG number but it still had my exact coffee or
Horrible service every time I’ve been. Today was my last straw as my drink was made wrong and they insisted it was correct, then tried to say it wasn’t my order and refused to remake it. Will be making the longer walk to another Dunkin on my next trip as proximity is not worth paying for a drink to be made wrong.
Made an order on the app I come in and they are out of the coffee rolls and no apology my item is not warmed up and I had to ask for napkins and the paper it should be wrapped in is handed to me. Very bad service stores need to stock all items by afternoon basic items should not be out and refunds should be offered
