I ordered a delivery order, instead of receiving my food I received this garbage (used coffee grounds) instead of my food. I called to try to get my issue resolved & I was told they don’t do delivery & will not be able to receive my food unless I stop by or wait until “later”. I was at work I expecting my food to arrive right away, all he said was he was going to “talk to the team” that made the food. I don’t understand how this could happen, so disgusting.
There is a fly in my iced coffee I realized half way finished drinking it very disappointed and extremely disappointed.
This Dunkin is perfectly fine. They have everything you’d expect. Some coffee, some donuts. They don’t have a public restroom, but that’s kind of expected in New York. The coffee is about what you’d expect. It’s extremely sweet, and heavy on the milk. If that’s your thing, you’ll love it. It isn’t my favorite, but gets the job done.
