I love the tea and bagel, but I order on my phone and they never called my name. I waited and asked if my food was ready and they told me to wait while it had been sitting there behind the counter all while they're giving everyone else their food. 8 asked 2 twice and finally got it. My bagel was cold and me tea wasn't hot anymore. The last time before this time the service was better.
They have a comfortable seating area and it is conveniently located next to other eating places.
It's a small shop. When I'm strolling through the mall, it sometimes becomes my dash-in and dash-out spot. I can always grab a quick cuppa Joe and donut for dunking. I recommend the avocado toast for a quick light bite. The donuts and muffins have been at the peak of freshness each time that I've paid a visit to this store.
