1 star — I went to this Dunkin’ this morning before work to get a coffee and one bagel, but I ended up being charged $12 for a strange-looking bagel. Then I saw another customer receive two pinkish bagels, which made me question if my order got mixed up because I only ordered one. I got here at Feb 9/ 7:20pm. The woman with the glasses at the counter has very bad attitude. First of all She didn’t even ask what do we want. And when my girlfriend ordered a caramel latte with less ice she acted like she didn’t hear. We both thought she didn’t hear so my girlfriend repeated the order again with less sugar and she looked at us like we are idiots and you get three pumps of caramel.
