I regularly place mobile orders for pickup at this Dunkin location, and unfortunately my orders are often not prepared as requested. When I select "Less Ice" in the app, my drink still comes with an excessive amount of ice. I have also received orders with the wrong cheese despite selecting and paying for a different option. This location is a masterclass in confusion. Walked in craving something simple, iced coffee maybe a donut, and left with a headache and a story I didn’t ask for. Staff had no idea what was in stock. I asked for a basic drink and got a shrug followed by a long disappearance act. No one at the counter. No bell. Just ambient silence and the faint hope someone might emerge from the back. Eventually someone did, looking surprised to find a customer in the store. No apology, no urgency, just vibes.
Ordered the $5 meal. In the advertisements, it says that the wrap comes with egg, bacon and cheese. All i got was some crumbled pieces of bacon with a slab of melted cheese in it. Not only that, but you also have to constantly get their attention to get your food order since they rarely announce it.
